MAKING BREED HISTORY
________________________________________________
Our club secretary, Alex and her amazing team of Yakutian Laika boys (Kennel: Laikaboss) made breed history in December 2025. The team completed a long distance trek over two days totaling a whopping 29+ miles. This amazing feat means that these pups are the first ever Yakutian Laikas in the world to gain their AMWA distance trek titles.

We hosted our annual breed club show!
_________________________________________
In July 2025 we were fortunate enough to host our third annual Yakutian Laika Club UK show at Three Counties Showground, Worcester, alongside the wonderfully supportive Evesham & District Canine Society.
Despite the incredibly warm weather we had a wonderful turn out of members and their dogs who strutted their stuff around the show ring.
Our gracious judge was Pauline Luxmoore- Ball who has been an incredible supporter of our breed.
We are so thankful to everyone that continually helps us make our show happen, to our amazing judges, to our venue and to our members for being ever willing to get involved and promote our beautiful breed!
